Terms of Business
SJM (Shafraz Jeal Marketing) is a digital consultancy specialising in bespoke digital solutions.
Engagement & Services
We focus on strategy-driven execution, integrating state-of-the-art technology with refined aesthetics to elevate digital presence and enhance business performance.
All services provided are outlined in an agreed quotation prior to commencement.
This quotation will detail the scope of work, deliverables, and any applicable timeframes. Any additional work requested that extends beyond the initial agreement will be charged separately and requires prior approval from both parties.
Payment Terms
To ensure clarity and structure in all engagements, SJM operates with a transparent payment framework. A deposit of 50% is required before any work commences, securing development time, planning, and project execution. The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the project and prior to website launch. For long-term projects exceeding six months, structured monthly installment plans may be arranged upon mutual agreement. Enterprise clients are expected to adhere to the 50% upfront payment model.
Failure to adhere to payment schedules may result in work delays, suspension of services, and, where necessary, the implementation of late fees, interest charges, and formal debt recovery procedures. SJM reserves the right to withhold final deliverables until full payment is received.
Revisions & Approvals
SJM is committed to delivering projects that align seamlessly with the client’s vision. Each project includes up to three rounds of revisions within the agreed scope. Additional revisions beyond this limit will be chargeable at an agreed rate. Internal quality assurance testing is conducted before presenting the final deliverable for client review. Once satisfied, the client must provide final approval before deployment.
Hosting & Security
Hosting Services
SJM offers secure, high-performance hosting solutions through Cloudflare, ensuring optimal website speed and reliability. If a domain is purchased through SJM, email setup via the domain registrar will be included as part of the service. Clients who choose to manage their own hosting must ensure compatibility with the technical requirements provided by SJM. Hosting services are billed separately and require annual renewal unless otherwise agreed.
